JD Vance’s awkward greeting to wife Usha during a recent podcast appearance has gone viral.
On Sunday (21 June), the US vice president joined his wife on a Father’s Day Special episode of Storytime with the Second Lady.
Greeting his wife, who is pregnant with their fourth child, he tapped her knee as he told her it’s “good to see you”.
Social media users quickly commented on the couple’s “lack of chemistry” during the “incredibly awkward” moment.
“The face Usha Vance makes when JD touches her knee is a cry for help if I've ever seen one,” said one user.
