Good Morning Britain's Susanna Reid apologised for an explicit remark on today's show.
The 52-year-old broadcaster fronted Thursday's edition of the ITV news programme alongside Adil Ray. The two were joined by Avengers star, Linda Thorson, who issued a passionate tribute to her close friend Paul O'Grady.
Messages are still flooding in to celebrate the life of the Birkenhead star after he sadly died on Tuesday evening. Linda and Paul met on air for the Big Breakfast and she spoke about how their friendship quickly blossomed.

The 75-year-old passionately revealed how Paul saved her life when she contracted coronavirus in December 2020. Paul called an ambulance and made sure she received the care she needed to make a recovery. She said: "I will never meet me anyone like him. He was a king. He cared. He actually cared."
Linda's emotional tribute followed a fiery interview with Tory MP, Grant Shapps. She aimed a scathing barb at the Energy Secretary as she lauded Paul's compassionate nature. She said: "He was a magical person but he started his life caring for people. He can't stand what goes on. This b******t we've just had to listen to. He could not stand this party and what they've done."
Susanna Reid quickly stepped in as she said: "Apologies for the use of the language in the morning." Paul was outspoken with his views on the Conservative government and fans flooded the comments on Twitter to praise Linda for a fitting tribute.
Patrina commented: "I love that Linda Thorson just told Susanna Reid #GMB “Paul would have hated all that b******t” referring to Grant Shapps interview full of the usual rhubarb"
Marina posted: "Don't usually watch #GMB but it was on accidentally this morning. So glad it was otherwise I wouldn't have heard the wonderful @Thor1847 calling out @grantshapps and Tory "b******t" on live TV in her wonderful tribute to #PaulOGradyRIP"
Heather tweeted, alongside applause emojis: "Linda Thorson saying Paul O'Grady couldn't stand this 'b*****t'"
