Robert Rinder launched a furious tirade against online trolls after finding out that a guest on Good Morning Britain had been sent d4ath threats.
The man best known to millions of ITV viewers as Judge Rinder is back on the breakfast programme this week, to host alongside Charlotte Hawkins. Having been praised for his presenting style during previous stints on GMB, viewers have once again called on bosses to make a him a full-time host, describing him as 'a breath of fresh air.'
On Tuesday's show, Robert and colleague Charlotte were joined by rowing hero Emma Kennedy, who captained Team GB to gold three months on from her cancer diagnosis, as well as addressing reports of a new Covid vaccine.

The pair were also joined in the studio by author Diggory Hadocke and wildlife documentary maker Ali Tabrizi to talk about a story that has made headlines across the world, the putting down of Norwegian walrus over concerns to the safety of the public.. Freya's story has garnered opinions from across the globe and, it was during the discussion, that Robert, who was strongly against Freya being killed, mentioned the fact that Norwegian officials, including the country's Prime Minister had been sent death threats over the situation, including some from people in the UK.
He explained: "Just to be clear, there have been death threats to the Prime Minister and those are never defensible - interestingly most of those have come from this country."
Sitting next to Robert, as many viewers were outraged by the course of action taken with regard to Freya, Diggory, revealed that he himself had been the target of death threats after his last appearance on Good Morning Britain. And, while he was adamant that he didn't side with Diggory on what happened to Freya, he did not condone such threats being made to anyone.
Becoming stern in his tone, Robert blasted: "If you do that, whoever you are - you should be prosecuted and that's not OK, full stop.
"Everybody should be able to have a view on pretty much anything without being threatened."
The host then added: "One thing that is very clear is that nobody should be using whatever limited platform they have to send death threats to anybody,"
