Good Morning Britain's Charlotte Hawkins shares rare snap with lookalike daughter

Good Morning Britain's Charlotte Hawkins has posted a rare snap with her daughter, who is the spitting image of her mum.

The presenter, 47, posted the pic on Instagram, telling fans she couldn't believe Christmas was over.

Standing next to Ella Rose, seven, next to a beautifully decorated tree, Charlotte stunned in a pink star-strewn dress.

She captioned the snap, in which Ella looks very festive sporting a blue sequinned dress with pink slippers: "Happy Christmas! Had such a lovely time with the family… I can’t believe it’s all over! Hope you had a magical and special one #christmas #happychristmas."

Fans loved the gorgeous pic, with many telling Charlotte how much her daughter looked like her.

One said: "Beautiful pic. She's the image of you."

While another said: "Beautiful family. Merry Christmas to you and yours too."

Charlotte also shared a pic of a 1,000-piece Lego Christmas jigsaw puzzle, which she admitted may take her some time to complete.

The presenter has a busy month coming up as she prepares to embark on a 26.2-mile challenge for Prostate Cancer UK.

The presenter is running in remembrance of presenter Bill Turnbull, who sadly died at his Suffolk home on August 31, aged 66 this year, after being diagnosed with the disease in November 2017.

Charlotte said she will remember the star "every step of the way" as she dons the charity's blue and black colours as she participates in Run the Month Marathon Edition.

Former BBC Breakfast host, Bill, who was an ambassador for the charity, worked with Charlotte on Good Morning Britain and Classic FM.

Paying tribute to her friend, the mum-of-one said: "We so very sadly lost Bill earlier this year after he bravely lived with prostate cancer for several years.

"It’s heart-breaking he’s no longer with us, and he’s very much missed. This disease affects one in eight men, and like Bill, I want to do something to raise awareness to try to prevent more men and their families suffering.

"Bill was a wonderful person to work with. He was such a professional, a brilliant broadcaster and journalist but also with a mischievous charm that could always make you laugh. He put everyone at their ease and was much loved by all who knew and worked with him."
