Scots broadcaster Gordon Smart made his Good Morning Britain debut this week - and viewers are loving him already. The 42-year-old former newspaper journalist hosted the ITV breakfast programme on Thursday and Friday alongside Charlotte Hawkins - much to the delight of viewers.
The talkSPORT host was announced earlier this week as the latest face on the rolling line-up, which also includes Susanna Reid, Ben Shephard, Richard Madeley and Kate Garraway.
Sharing his "first stay of school" nerves yesterday during his opening segment on the show, Gordon told viewers: "It’s been very surreal the past three years sitting in my pants watching this show and here I am watching you. "I feel like I’ve had the right experience to be here sitting beside you.
