One of Coronation Street 's youngest stars has been flooded with messages of support, but not for his scenes on the famous Coronation Street cobbles. Instead, Jude Riordan who is 10 years old will be tackling his Sats exams in school, as the Liverpool Echo reports.
Jude who plays Sam Blakeman in the ITV soap is currently taking his Sats alongside many other Year Six students across the country and has posted an inspirational message to his Instagram account. On the account, which is run by his parents, Jude posted a sweet and motivational message.
He said: "SATS don't measure sports, SATS don't measure art, SATS don't measure music or the kindness in your heart. SATS don't see your magic, how you make others smile. SATS don't time how quickly you can run a mile. SATS don't hear your laughter, or see you've come this far. SATS are just a tiny glimpse of who you really are."

He finished the message with: "So sitting at the table with a pencil and your test. We don't need SATS to tell us: You're amazing and have tried your best. We have got this Year 6. We are almost there. SATS week is here. 2 crazy years of school or NO school or little school. WE ARE MORE THAN A TEST."
Jude's post has been very well received with fans and fellow celebrities leaving messages of good luck and support. His on-screen mum Rachel Leskovac said: "This is amazing just like you."
Another fan said: "Good luck Jude, I’m sure you will smash it." and someone else added: "Good luck Jude and all the Year 6s. You're all amazing, no matter what the result."
Another said: "Those words are wonderful and very very true......all the best Jude," and: "Best of luck to you, your friends, and to all year 6s!!! These exams do not measure how good you all are at all!!"
The child star has also recently taken his family along to the famous soap set where he posed for pictures with his older brother Zach and his parents. He also posted pictures with his co-stars Isabella and William Flanagan and Emmerdale star Amelia.
