Easter weekend is here and many shops and supermarkets will have different opening hours today for Good Friday.
The day is classed as a bank holiday meaning many people will be off work and enjoying traditions such as eating fish and tucking into hot cross buns. If you’re off on Easter Monday too, that means four days of freedom to enjoy.
As with all bank holidays, there’s a little less time than usual to stock up on essentials in the supermarkets. Retail staff will get to enjoy a bit more time off over the break, with most stores closing completely on Easter Sunday and operating shorter opening hours on Easter Monday. Some stores have also changed their opening times today.

Tesco
