Travis Smyth will finally get a chance to strut his stuff on golf's world stage after his persistence paid off during a life-changing month in New Zealand.

The 31-year-old New South Welshman has clinched the Australasian Tour's Order of Merit - which comes with a spot on the DP World Tour for the 2027 season, a Japan Tour card and a start in the British Open in July.
