Golf influencer Paige Spiranac has promised fans she'll be changing her name to "Alpha Jugs" after cutting a Twitter troll down to size.
The former pro player has become an internet sensation, regularly posting saucy snaps whilst also offering her 756,000 followers advice and tips with their play. But although the 29-year-old is used to being hailed by her fan base, she was also more than prepared when she got into an online spat with author Nick Adams.
Adams, who boasts in his bio he is endorsed by former US President Donald Trump, had ranted: "Can’t there be a par 3 course set aside for the slow female golfers so they don’t clog up the championship courses on the weekends? There’s no reason women should be allowed to slow down the pace of play."
