A Golden Balls contestant - who lost out on £100,000 - has revealed his rival never reached out to him after they scooped up a huge win on the ITV gameshow.
Stephen Bushnall appeared on the show back in 2008, alongside contestant Sarah, and he has recently admitted that she never attempted to reach out to him following his loss - leaving him with nothing.
Fans were left gobsmacked when Sarah made the epic steal. And now Stephen has opened up on the unforgettable moment - revealing she was even given death threats from the shocked audience.
Speaking to Daily Star 14 years later, he said: "As soon as the show ended, I was literally head down in tears for 15, 20 minutes. I was devastated.
"I heard one woman shout from the audience, 'You f***ing b**ch, I hope you f***ing die in hell'. I heard that, and she got whisked straight off the stage.
"When I was in the dressing room Sarah was brought back out to do her end piece to camera. Since then, she's never tried to contact me. She's never spoken to me."
Thankfully, Stephen was supported by show host Jasper following what happened.
He continued: "Jasper couldn't have been nicer. I ended up quite good friends with him after it; he invited me down to one of his shows.
"All the way during the night, I kept asking, 'How is Sarah? Is she okay, is she upset?' and Jasper kept saying, 'Why are you bothered about her?' But I can't change who I am. I just kept asking, 'Does she have people around her, is she being looked after?'
"At the end of the day, she played the game. I went with nothing and I left with nothing, but now she has to live with that decision. She's the one who is going to get the grief, and in that moment all I could think was, 'She’s going to get hounded for this, and is she okay?'"
Stephen competed on the show twice - but unfortunately lost both times.
First in 2007, before being brought back for a second go a year later.
His second attempt saw him lose the most money ever stolen on the game show - which was an incredible £100,150.
Golden Balls ran for six series between 2007 and 2009.
