The cast of Gogglebox were left in hysterics on Friday evening as the Channel 4 show played an episode of reality show The Kardashians.
The armchair critics returned for another episode and towards the end of the programme they took a trip to California to watch scenes from the famous family’s Disney+ show.
However, a number of the show’s fan favourites did not hold back as they watched Kris Jenner, boyfriend Corey Gamble and daughter Khloe Kardashian travel out to Palm Springs for a mini-break.
As the scenes got underway, an unimpressed Tom Malone told his wife and son: “Not for me these Kardashians. I don’t understand what it’s all about.
“Alright, they’ve got big a**es, but there’s loads of people with big a**es that are not famous.”
In the scenes, momager Kris explained to the cameras that they were driving to a dispensary during the California getaway to buy cannabis gummies, which are legal in the state.
The 66-year-old explained her right leg and hip had been ‘driving me crazy’ of late and was seeking out the drugs for pain relief.
As Kris sat next to Corey in the car, Sophie Sandiford noted the excuse of ‘ arthritis ’, as her brother Pete then savagely joked: “And the perks of having a younger fella, probably.”
As Kris entered the immaculate store, she said: “It smells like a crazy party in here, to be honest. Kind of like the 70s.”
Gogglebox watchers were taken aback by the upmarket dispensary, as Simon Minty said: “Oh my life, look at this. It looks like Tiffany’s.”
The reality star chose watermelon, pineapple and cherry flavoured gummies, as Shaun Malone joked: “It’s like a little drug pick and mix.”
A salesperson then offered Kris the option of purchasing ‘medicated lube’, which sent best friends Jenny and Lee into fits of giggles.
Meanwhile, Wiltshire couple Giles and Mary looked more stoic as Giles asked: “Hasn’t she shut up shop, Mary?” to which his wife said: “Doesn’t look like it.”
“Listen, I’ll try anything once,” Kris said before she paid a whopping $732 (£659) for her goodies. Amira Rota joked: “That’s a bit expensive. Must be the good s***.”
Khloe and her mum each took half a gummy before the pair headed out to a restaurant for dinner. During their meal, Kris got so high that she began playing peek-a-boo and burst into uncontrollable laughter on the show.
