Gogglebox star Sophie Sandiford shared a glimpse of her latest adventure abroad before the new series returns next month.
The 25-year-old, who stars as one of the Channel 4 show's much-loved sofa critics alongside her brother Pete, posted a snap on Instagram as she enjoyed a getaway to the Belgian city of Bruges. Gogglebox fans were quick to wish her well as she posed in front of the city centre's iconic Belfry, with one wishing her "the best time".
Sophie also enjoyed a romantic getaway to Paris with boyfriend Ben in December, dubbing the Eiffel Tower "Blackpool Tower - the French branch". The star revealed in October 2021 that she had passed her exams to pursue her dream of becoming a florist, after losing her job at Debenhams when the retailer went into administration.

Sophie's brother Pete revealed the exciting news during last year's series of Gogglebox that his wife Paige is expecting their second child, with their son Jimmy set to become a big brother. And he's not the only star of the show to be welcoming a new baby in 2023, as Ellie Warner also announced her pregnancy during the same episode in December.
Pete married wife Paige in May 2021, and though the pair rarely share glimpses into their life together, fans were left delighted by a sweet photo that Paige shared on Instagram in the autumn. The snap showed the pair beaming from ear to ear as they enjoyed the sunny weather by the beach with glasses in hand.
Gogglebox fans don't have long to wait until the show is back on their screens once again. Fan favourites Jenny and Lee confirmed last month that the show would be returning for a new series in February.
