Gogglebox star Tom Malone Jr has revealed there is a bizarre rule families must stick to if they want to stay on the Channel 4 show.

Tom shot to fame as part of the much-loved Malone family from Manchester – who are known for their epic TV snacks - back in 2014.

The 27-year-old reality star turned professional dancer revealed he had quit the show in 2021 after six years on the sofa.
