Gogglebox has returned to our screens and viewers were delighted when fan-favourite Julie Malone penned tribute to husband Tom right before the new series started.
The popular show returned to its usual Friday 9pm slot on Friday night, much to the delight of fans, after the usual slow was filled with repeats, end of year specials and celebrity editions.
The Malones were among the regular cast members on the hit Channel 4 programme back sharing their views on a mix of programmes as filming resumed last week, Chronicle live reports.
Having confirmed they'd be back for the new series on Instagram last weekend, Julie returned to the family's account to pen a heartfelt post in honour of other half Tom.
Next to a loved up picture of the couple, she wrote: "30+ years and he's still my Valentine, my rock ,my pain in the butt. Thanks for all you do for us Tom."
Fans were quick to react to the touching tribute, with one replying: "Beautiful photo of you both," and another commenting: "Love you two. Can't wait for Friday."
The Malones are, more often than not, joined by their treasured pets on screen and, referencing them, another avid Gogglebox viewer told Julie: " love you two and the dogs."
Another of the family's Insta followers reacted: "Couple goals."
