Googlebox star Ellie Warner's boyfriend remains in a 'critical condition' after he was hit by a car in Leeds over the weekend.
It is reported that Ellie's boyfriend, Nat Eddleston, has suffered a broken neck and collapsed lungs after being struck by a vehicle during a night out with his pals.
And The Sun have reported that Nat has broken his back and has suspected brain damage.
Nat, who recently moved in with the Gogglebox star, was enjoying a night out on the town with his friends in Halton when he sustained the brutal injuries, writes The Mirror.
A close member of Nat's family has confirmed that he required the help of a life support machine after the accident.
Ellie's beloved boyfriend is reported to have been hit by a white Seat Leon travelling out of the city just after midnight on Friday.
The Gogglebox star is 'overwhelmed' and devastated as her boyfriend fights for his life in hospital.
A family member told The Sun: "Nat is in intensive care with a broken neck, broken back, two collapsed lungs and possible brain damage.
"He is on a life support machine and all the family and Ellie are obviously very worried for him."
Following reports on local newspaper website Leeds Live over the weekend, Ellie's fans rushed to show love for her and Nat.
One penned: "We are all thinking of you Nat, everything crossed & wishing you a speedy recovery, hugs 2 u all luv from us all."
Another wrote: "Just read about this, my thoughts are with Ellie and her family. Fingers crossed alls well with her partner and that he makes a speedy recovery."
"So sorry to hear this sending love and hope he pulls through you are in my prayers," a third commented.
West Yorkshire Police are appealing for witnesses and have asked anyone who may have seen something - or knows something relevant - to come forward.
They said in a social media statement: "Police are appealing for witnesses following a serious road traffic collision in the Halton area of Leeds involving a white Seat Leon and an adult male pedestrian.
Officers would like to speak to anyone who witnessed the collision, which occurred on Selby Road near to The Woodman pub at around 00:10 this morning (Saturday 19th March 2022).
"The pedestrian has suffered serious injuries as a result of the collision.
"Anyone who witnessed the incident or the Seat being driven prior to the collision, including anyone with dash-cam or video footage, is asked to call 101, or contact online via www.westyorkshire.police.uk/101livechat referencing collision 13220147973."
