Gogglebox star Julie Malone confided in fans as she suffered a sleepless night on Tuesday.
The TV star and her family have established themselves as fan favourites on the popular Channel 4 programme with their hilarious observations on the week's best TV. Julie and husband Tom Sr are regularly joined on the iconic sofa with children Shaun and Vanessa.
They have thrilled viewers as they have once again invited viewers into their home for season 19 of the beloved TV programme. Julie regularly keeps their 209k followers posted with updates of her life away from our screens.

While the posts are usually light-hearted and humorous, Julie's most recent update was a more candid one. Posting just after 3am on Wednesday, she explained she couldn't sleep.
Julie shared a selfie, in which she looked unamused. Captioning the post, she said: "Why am I still awake ? 1 sheep, 2 sheep ......" [sic].
Many of her fans found themselves in a similar predicament, and reached out to Julie. The mum-of-four responded individually to each one, even offering support to some.
Lisa Mc said: "Me too. Having surgery in the morning and my mind is working overtime! Hope you get some sleep soon x", to which Julie replied: "Hope all goes well and you make a speedy recovery".
Debby said: "I'm always the same Julie this time of morning, always got too much on my mind. Are you OK?". Julie said she was in the same boat, adding: "Yes, like you got a lot on my mind xx".
