Channel 4 viewers were left in hysterics after watching the Gogglebox cast react to a popular ITV show. On Friday, November 11, the latest episode of show aired on Channel 4, starting with their reactions to the latest season of I'm a Celebrity Get Me Out of Here.
It wasn't long before Matt Hancock was spoken about on the show with the former health secretary's arrival in the jungle not going down well with viewers at home or other contestants on the show. Shirley told Dave that he would "be alright in there as you eat anything."
Stephen Webb was heard mimicking Matt Hancock to his husband Daniel Lustig-webb. He said: "I love heights, I love bungee jumping, I love mountaineering. What don't I like, I don't like sort of being close to the ground."
Other families were heard asking where Hancock was, realising he hadn't yet joined the show. The start of the episode saw three of this years celebrities at the top of the iconic Focus building, before they had to walk out on plank and stand on the the ledge of the platform, holding on to the rope.

Charlene, Babatúndé and Jill took on this year's plank challenge. Once the cameras showed the building and the plank, Stephen said: "It's giving me heart palpitations already."
Meanwhile in Wiltshire, Giles told Mary that "as long as you don't look down, that is plenty wide enough." To which she replied, "Oh no."
When the cameras showed how slanted the edge of the plank was, Sophie told Pete: "So you can really see the floor that you are going to plummet towards."
However, if getting to the end of the plank wasn't challenging enough, the Gogglebox cast were shocked to learn that this wasn't even the start of the challenge. Celebrities then had to stay on the end of the plank for a full minute.
In Leeds, Izzi said: "My hands would be sweating." Ellie said: "Mine would, I wouldn't be able to hold it, they'd slip off."
Izzi added: "There would be no where I wouldn't be sweating from Ellie." Once Dec told the celebrities that then to earn their star they would need to let go of the rope holding them up after the minute ended, Mary shouted: "Oh don't be so silly."
Meanwhile in Wales, Shirley asked David where the safety net was "if they fall." After he explained that "there is no safety net" a surprised Shirley responded "oh ****."
Charlene went first with the Gogglebox cast cheering her on, followed by a nervous Babatúndé who had to declare "I'm a celebrity get me out of here." As he approached the middle of the plank, he was told that he was "nice and safe" to which a frustrated Pete shouted: "You're nice and safe, I'm on a plank fifty stories up!"
Jill then tackled the frightening task quickly, and she and Charlene secured two stars for the celebrities by letting go of the ropes, met with screams of support from those on Gogglebox.
The rest of the episode saw the Gogglebox groups watch a range of other shows including University Challenge and Hollyoaks.
