According to Deadline, the movie is projected to close its fourth weekend with a 3-day total of $9.455 million, bringing its cumulative domestic total to $171.6 million. This milestone surpasses the $168 million earned by Kong: Skull Island, making it the second highest-grossing Monsterverse movie domestically, behind the original 2014 Godzilla.
