Go bird spotting like 21 month old Reeva for 30 Days Wild challenge this June

Bird spotting is a great outdoor adventure to have for people of all ages. For the month of June, Nottinghamshire Wildlife Trust is encouraging people to take one wild action each day in an effort to boost health and wellbeing as well as connect with nature.

One wild suggestion they have is to go bird spotting in your local park like 21 month old Reeva and her mum. They took a trip to the park to spot birds along their way and shared their adventures with Nottinghamshire Wildlife Trust.

Reeva's mum Sienna loves bird watching with her daughter and goes out as often as they can to their park in Toton. Sienna is on hand to help identify the birds.

She said: “I need to work on our bird spotting as Reeva still calls most things a duck! Reeva loves watching water and walking back and forth on bridges. Our local park at Toton is perfect for this.”

If you would like help to identify wildlife, then try some of the Wildlife Watch spotter sheets. There are lots if sheets to help with activities too such as building a bug hotel. Perfect for all ages to work together as a wild act during 30 Days Wild in June.
