Good Morning Britain viewers were disgusted today after a guest defended serial killer Levi Belfield's plans to get married in prison.

The serial killer, 53, was convicted in 2008 of killing Marsha McDonnell (19) in 2003, Amelie Delagrange (22) in 2004 and the attempted murder of Kate Sheedy, 18.

Three years after he was jailed, he was convicted of the 2002 murder of 13-year-old schoolgirl Milly Dowler.
