The Met Office is forecasting a week of sunshine, and there is even better news from Good Morning Britain's weather presenter Laura Tobin who has given her verdict on a potential UK heatwave next month. The forecaster said that the dry and sunny weather is likely to continue right to the end of March.
She said that looking ahead there could be some "unsettled" weather in the middle of April, but before that it was all good news. Wales enjoyed one of the driest and sunniest weekends of the year so far.

Speaking to Lorraine on Monday (March 21), Laura said the outlook is sunny, dry and warm weather and explained how temperatures had reached 20.2°C in Scotland over the weekend, making it the hottest day of the year so far.
Temperatures in Wales on Monday are expected to reach highs of 16 °C, and it could be 19 or 20°C by Wednesday. It comes as some terrifying temperatures have just been recorded where it is 40C above normal in parts of the world. You can read more on that here.
Lorraine asked: "Do you think there is more to come though? I mean is that it now? Sometimes in March, it can bite you. You get a little bit of really really cold weather."
Laura replied: "The saying is in like a lion out like a lamb. So it was windy to start and actually the rest of the month looks fine dry, plenty of sunshine. The middle of next month perhaps a bit more unsettled, but actually the outlook is drier, sunnier and warmer.
"Enjoy it while it lasts. I rarely say that there is good news with the weather because not everyone likes sunny and not everyone likes wet but do you know actually yes, good news, sunny, dry and warm".
The Met Office UK long-range forecast for Friday, March 25, to Sunday. April 3, says: " At the outset of this period dry and settled conditions are likely to dominate, with prolonged clear and sunny spells, but with some rain and cloud at times in the far north/northwest.
"Low cloud or fog on northeast coasts spreading inland in the early morning, and then burning back to the coast during the day. Generally feeling warm or very warm with light winds, temperatures closer to normal on North Sea coasts. These dry and settled conditions continue into the rest of the period, especially for the south, with overnight frost and fog possible.
"It could be windy at times in the north and any showers or prolonged spells of rain are most likely for the far north and northwest. Temperatures are likely above average, locally feeling warm."
But the forecast for Monday, April 4 to Monday, April 18, does say: " Turning more unsettled during early April, with showers or longer periods of rain. These showers are likely to be heavy at times, with hail and thunder.
"Drier and more settled spells are still possible but are likely to be more short-lived. Temperatures are most likely to be near average, or perhaps slightly below at times."
