Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Co (TSMC), the world's largest manufacturer of advanced artificial intelligence chips, is expected to report a sixth consecutive quarter of record earnings on Thursday, supported by strong demand for AI infrastructure and rising technology-sector spending, according to Reuters.
Analysts said demand for TSMC's advanced chipmaking capacity and its chip-on-wafer-on-substrate (CoWoS) packaging technology remains robust, as technology companies continue to invest heavily in AI infrastructure.
