The public is being given the chance to look over updated plans to transform the site of the former Archaos nightclub.
Developers are looking to turn the site on Queen Street into purpose-built student accommodation to address a 'shortage' of student beds in the city.
The redevelopment would accommodate around 230 students in fully serviced apartments and state-of-the-art amenity facilities and could be worth more than £10 million to the economy during the construction phase.
