Another year of Glastonbury Festival has come to a close after five incredible days on the farm. The weekend was filled with five-star performances including an astounding send-off for Elton, a not-so-secret set from the Foo Fighters, high emotions from Lewis Capaldi and a very late Lana Del Rey.
Lizzo received a chorus of praise for her third appearance at the festival, taking the slot before Guns N' Roses on Saturday night. Elsewhere during the weekend, pop sensation Rina Sawayama made headlines for calling out Matty Healy of The 1975, and Fred Again.. shut down Temple, a small stage in The Common with his surprise extra set.
The some 200,000 people who were lucky to score themselves tickets to Glastonbury 2023 will likely be stewing in the post-festival blues for the next days to come. For those of you already thinking about next year - Glastonbury Festival has appeared to confirm dates for the 2024 edition of the event.

On Monday (June 26), organisers confirmed the festival would be returning in 2024 by sharing an image showing a headline from the Glastonbury Free Press stating "See you in 366 days". It was accompanied by the caption: "Huge thanks to everyone who helped to make Glastonbury 2023 such a memorable one. Roll on next year!"
As per tradition - as the festival typically occurs on the last weekend in June - and this photo, this means Glastonbury 2024 looks set to return for June 26-30, 2024.
How to get tickets for Glastonbury 2024
Tickets for the 2024 festival are set to go on sale in October or November before a resale in April with different sales for coach packages and general sale. The only place to buy tickets is through the festival's official ticket partner SeeTickets, on sale for £355 plus a £5 booking fee for this year's event.
If you want to be in with a chance of bagging a ticket you must register first and include your details and an identification photograph. You must register ahead of the tickets going on sale and will be able to purchase up to six tickets if you get through to the booking page.
Glastonbury 2024 headliner rumours
Taylor Swift is an early favourite to play on the Pyramid stage next year. The UK leg of her Eras tour in 2024 falls near Glastonbury Festival and leaves a perfect gap for a headline slot.
It is widely believed she was offered to play in 2022 but could not play due to other commitments. Emily Eavis has said that the festival is hoping to have two women headliners next year, meaning Swift is an early contender.
Madonna will be commencing her 40th anniversary tour in July 2023 leaving her with free commitments so far the month before. She has never played at Worthy Farm despite her illustrious career, as well as Rhianna, who is also a strong favourite to perform.
Coldplay is also the early bookies' favourites despite having already headlined a whopping four times already. Despite having not appeared for Sir Elton's final show on Sunday night, Dua Lipa is also being mentioned for 2024.
