A man has been rushed to hospital after being found seriously injured in the east end of the city.
Police were called to Kirkinner Road around 10.45am on Tuesday following reports of a man found seriously injured.
He was rushed by ambulance to Queen Elizabeth University Hospital where medical staff have described his condition as 'serious'.
Police have set up a cordon on the street where the discovery was made and are currently carrying out investigations.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "Around 10.45 am on Tuesday, 14 February 2023, police were called after a man was found seriously injured on Kirkinner Road, Mount Vernon, Glasgow.
"He has been taken by ambulance to the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital where medical staff describe his condition as serious.
"Enquiries are ongoing to establish the circumstances surrounding the incident."
