Last week Glasgow saw highs of over 20C as people took to their local park with an iced coffee in hand to soak up the sun.
And whilst the weekend was a good one, this quickly changed with the Met Office issuing a yellow weather warning at short notice for thunder, lightning and hail for much of the city and surrounding area.
The warning came into force at 1pm yesterday (June 8) and lasted until 8pm with much of the city seeing downpours.

However whilst the weather may not have been too great, the weekend should be set to brighten up which will be good news to Harry Style fans - but it isn't all sunshine sadly.
According to weather forecasters at the BBC, Saturday (June 11) is set to see highs of 15C and lows of 11C with much of the sun set to shine on the city between 6am and 2pm.
On Sunday, temperatures are still set to remain in the double figures again with highs of 14C and lows of 10C.
Despite the highs, rain is expected across both days with Saturday set to see the most rain and with the Harry Styles concert taking place in Ibrox, people may want to prepare for the wet weather.
So what does the weather look like across the weekend and over the new five days?
