In a new turn of events, Glasgow will remain hotter than Barcelona today.
The weather has been unseasonably mild, not to mention gorgeously sunny as we head into the Spring Equinox.
And it looks like it's to continue, with today's temperature hitting a maximum of 17 degrees by 3pm this afternoon - hotter than Barcelona's 13 degrees.

Today will be a dry and bright day with sunny spells. A chilly start then becoming unseasonably warm by the afternoon. Light south-easterly breeze. Maximum temperature 17 °C.
Morning
From 7AM until 9AM, the temperature will gradually increase from 6 to 8 degrees, with some cloud.
9AM until 11AM will jump a further two degrees and again at 12PM.
Afternoon
The temperature will gradually increase from 13 to 16 degrees at its peak this afternoon by 3pm, hitting 17 or 18 in some denser spots. The cloud will dissipate too. It'll still feel a bit chilly, with little wind.
Although temperatures will degrees until evening, it'll be bright and sunny with little clouds.
Evening
It'll still be mild, with the temperature not dipping past 12 degrees after 8pm.
Outlook for Wednesday to Friday:
High pressure close by will keep settled weather for the rest of the week, so all parts staying dry with sunny spells and mostly light winds. Remaining very mild.
