It's a glorious week in Glasgow and we want to make the most of it with not a cloud in the sky to be seen.
June is just around the corner and soon we'll be seeing people jet off on their holidays and head out to beer gardens - if you're not already planning on doing the latter later tonight with temperatures expected to hit 24C.
But as people venture out into the sunshine there's a high chance that if you suffer with hay fever and sneeze the minute you step outside, you'll not be looking forward to it as much as the rest of us.

- Weeds: 7 PPM - LOW
May 31 - Wednesday
- Grass: 40 PPM - MODERATE
- Tree: 175 PPM - MODERATE
- Weeds: 7 PPM - LOW
June 1 - Thursday
- Grass: 42 PPM - MODERATE
- Tree: 238 PPM - HIGH
- Weeds: 17 PPM - LOW
June 2 - Friday
- Grass: 48 PPM - MODERATE
- Tree: 189 PPM - MODERATE
- Weeds: 28 PPM - MODERATE
June 3 - Saturday
- Grass: 82 PPM - HIGH
- Tree: 203 PPM - MODERATE
