Residents have described feeling terrified as fire safety wardens have descended on an apartment complex at Lancefield Quay.
The Glasgow flats, which overlook the Clyde, will face 24-hour-patrols after a report highlighted fire safety issues at the site.
Dubbed the "waking watch", the Scottish Government's initiative will see a team of fire safety experts continually patrol the grounds and buildings at the complex, in order to alert residents if a fire does break out.
