A Glasgow OVO rental bike has been found discarded some 35 miles drive away from the city in Alloa.
The bike, which shows up on a bike-share map of where the hire bikes are available, is reported to have been there since December.
The Clackmannanshire town is over a three-hour cycle away from George Square. The route could only be cycled by taking the Forth and Clyde Canal to Falkirk and then the Clackmannanshire Bridge over the Firth of Forth.

Twitter user Andrew McVie alerted nextBike UK to the location of the bike, with nextBike responding by saying that they have passed the Alloa address onto their local service team, who will return the bike to its rightful - Glasgow - home.
It comes after a pair of 'muppets' thought to be breaching covid lockdown rules came under fire after being spotted on the 'Glasgow' hire bikes cycling in Brodick on the Isle of Arran in March last year.
The two were spotted cycling on the rental bikes - emblazoned with a 'People Make Glasgow' sign on them - along the pavement next to the shoreline in the village, which is located over 50 miles away from Glasgow.
