Price: £475 per month
Considering its ideal location in the city centre, £475 isn't a bad price for this flat at all. Looking inside, the unfurnished property offers plenty of space too. It even comes with double glazed windows and gorgeous wood-effect laminate flooring.

This East End property looks gorgeous from the outside, and while the interior isn't quite as attractive, it still has plenty to offer. With light wood furniture and panelling scattered throughout, the flat gives off a unique 70s feel that will definitely appeal to some. At a staggeringly cheap £350 a month, it's also tied for the cheapest property on this list.
