Glasgow police release images of man in connection with Celtic Park assault

Images have been released of a man police would like to speak to in connection with an ongoing investigation into an assault at Celtic Park.

The incident happened at around 2.30pm on Saturday, April 22 and Police Scotland believe the man in the photos may be able to help with their enquiries.

He is described as white, around 18 to 25 years of age, of a medium build, with auburn/brown hair. He is wearing a black gilet, black long sleeve hooded top, black trousers and black trainers.

Constable Thomas Hughes said: “Officers are keen to talk to this man as we believe he may have information which could assist with our enquiries. The man pictured or anyone who may recognise him is asked to contact us.”

Anyone with any information is asked to contact 101 quoting reference 1503 of 22 April, 2023. Alternatively, Crimestoppers can be contacted anonymously on 0800 555 111.
