Police arrested a man after a high speed chase through the streets of Glasgow in the early hours of this morning.
Traffic cops responding to reports of the theft of a Ford Focus during a break-in at a west end house, spotted what they believed was the stolen motor, speeding in the west end with no lights and number of men on board.
They pursued the car at speed before it stopped in the Temple area and the occupants fled on foot.
