Police are on the hunt for a thief carrying a plastic bag who robbed a three-figure sum of money from a shop in Cranhill.
The suspect entered a Scotmid store on Edinburgh Road around 3.55pm on Tuesday before threatening a female member of staff and stealing the cash.
The 19-year-old worker has uninjured but was left 'badly shaken' by the experience.

The suspect ran through several gardens while making off in the direction of Gartcraig Road.
He is described as 20 to 30 years old, wearing dark coloured clothing and carrying a plastic bag. He had made efforts to conceal his face.
Constable Fraser Barr said: “I am appealing to local residents in this area to think back and consider if they saw anything odd. We know the suspect made off running through several gardens, so you may have seen him.
"I would appeal to motorists with dash cams to check their footage as they could have picked up an image of the suspect. Please pass any relevant footage to us. If you have any information, please do pass it on, it could be the vital piece of information we need to locate this suspect.”
