A car company boss managed to evade police motorbikes in a £300,000 supercar on a motorway at more than double the speed limit.
Saad Qayyum hit estimated speeds of 140 miles per hour in a sky blue McLaren 765 LT on the M77. The motor made so much noise that police said it sounded like a 'fighter jet.'
He lit up the motorway mere minutes after he and businessman pal Jason Ahmed picked up the luxury car from the showroom, reports the Record.
