A decision not to release a man who murdered a Glasgow lawyer and set fire to his home has been ruled "unfair".
Dean Ryan is one of Scotland's longest serving prisoners and was jailed with his brother Steven for the horrific killing of Marshall Stormonth at his home in 1993.
Then just 17-years-old, he was handed a life sentence a year later, with a punishment period of eight years and released on licence in 2010, the Daily Record reports.
