A Glasgow mum has described her living conditions as 'hell' after being plagued with rats for over six years.
Alison Weir claims her home on Gilmerton Street in Sandyhills was taken over by the rodents in 2016 and that landlord Shettleston Housing Association has failed to fully fix the problem.
The 44-year-old has said she struggles to sleep at night due to the sound of the rats scurrying behind her walls and under her floorboards and even compared the smell to that of a dead body.
