It was a busy Christmas Day in maternity wards across Glasgow with families welcoming new life into the world throughout the day.
And one Glasgow family could be the first in Scotland to have welcomed a baby into the world on Christmas Day 2022.
Nicola Lawson gave birth to little Robyn at 12.39am weighing a healthy 3.480kg (7lb 67oz). Robyn was Nicola and partner Calum's second child with the delighted couple pictured smiling with the beautiful tot later that day.
