A mum and daughter from Glasgow are the latest duo to catch the eye of Shawlands' shoppers with their new interiors shop Arredo.
Zoe Hagman, 48, and Ariana Catalano, 27, have teamed up to bring a bit of flair for those looking to purchase new items for their homes.
The pair would spend all their free time together looking at the various home goods stores had to offer across Glasgow and were encouraged to try their hand at breaking into the industry.

Ariana told Glasgow Live: "We've always had a passion for interiors.
"We would go out to interior shops together all the time. Then my stepdad actually said that we would be really good at this.
"It came up again recently and he encouraged us to go for it, then this unit came up and we thought it was the right time. Initially I was worried people would come in and not like what we have to offer.
"But they seem to like our stuff, people like the quirky items."
For some people, setting up shop with a relative may be their worst nightmare, but so far everything has run smoothly at their shop on Kilmarnock Road.
Zoe said: "Ariana is good with social media and I enjoy meeting customers face to face. I still am not swayed by what other people are looking for.
"We are buying stock that is still true our hearts which makes our store a wee bit different and unique."
Ariana added: "We have actually worked really well together.
"It helps that we are very close as well. When we had days off at work we would always do stuff together."
The family's passion for interiors has passed down through generations and continues to influence both of them. However, Ariana has also latched on to some ideas she spotted whilst scrolling through social media.
She said: "I mainly got my love for interior design from my mum but I've also been inspired by those online.
"It all came into play for me over lockdown when I purchased my own flat with my partner and I was constantly on Instagram.
"I set up my own home account to give me something to do over lockdown. Then I saw other people's home accounts and thought I'd really like to do that with my place.
"Obviously I would take inspiration from them."
Zoe not only received inspiration from her mother but also from the numerous houses she would come across when working with builders.
The mum said: "I've always worked with house builders so I've seen a lot of showhomes.
"Even my mother was heavily involved in that side of things so I suppose you bring a lot of what you see into your home sometimes.
"I suppose I've never realised that it was being passed down. Your home is the place you are living and somewhere you want to relax so it's important that it looks nice."
The pair have set out big goals for Arredo and are excited for the future of the interior shop. They both hope to expand the brand to another venue once the Shawlands store has made its mark.
Arianna said: "I would definitely like to have the website up and running to take in orders.
"I would like another shop somewhere completely different."
