Almost a third of fly-tipping cases across the whole of Scotland in 2022 were reported in Glasgow.
Of the 60,405 cases 19,313 of those occurred in the Glasgow City Council area, leading to calls for law changes to stop the 'growing scourge' fly-tipping has on communities.
Glasgow Live previously reported that cameras are set to be installed in the north east of the city as part of plans to crack down on fly-tipping hotspots, as well as bollards installed to block off dead-end streets.
