A Glasgow man has lost over three stone with the help of his daughter's pre-made healthy takeaways.
James Murray started dieting with slimming world in December of last year and has already lost a whopping three stone.
His daughter Susan runs the Knightswood Community Cafe along with two other women, who all had the bright idea to introduce healthy pre-made takeaways for customers to enjoy guilt free - 74 year-old James from Knightswood says it really helps him "stay on track".
