A Glasgow gran who has dementia was left with a bleeding head wound after a fall in hospital, raising concerns over her care.
91-year-old Beatrice McNarey was rushed to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital after breaking her hip at her home in September. She was kept in overnight ahead of her surgery the next day before being transferred to Gartnavel General Hospital for her recovery.
However, her family was shocked to find her with a bleeding head wound following an 'unwitnessed' fall on November 13, the Daily Record reports.
