Firebugs who torched a car in Glasgow's South Side then made off in a luxury motor are being hunted by police.
Officers were called to Kilmailing Road in Cathcart on Sunday. The alarm was raised at 10.05pm when reports came in of two men 'damaging' four vehicles.
One of the motors, a car, was set on fire. Police did not provide a description of the car that was torched nor the type of each of the other three vehicles at the scene.

The two men reportedly ran off on to Old Castle Road and got into a parked, black Mercedes or BMW. The suspects were both wearing dark-coloured clothing, gloves and had their faces covered.
No injuries have been reported. Police are now appealing for information as they trace those responsible.
Detective Constable Sarah-Lee MacFarlane said: “Luckily no one was injured as a result of this fire, but the two men must be traced and I would ask the public for any information they hold that may assist our investigation. Any witnesses, or anyone who saw the black Mercedes or BMW in the Old Castle Road area is asked to contact us. I would also like to hear from anyone who was in the area at the time who saw anything suspicious.
"Information can be passed to officers through 101 quoting reference number 3822 of September 11. Alternatively Crimestoppers can be contacted on 0800 555 111, where anonymity can be maintained."
