Glasgow family plead 'come home Stephen, we love you' after man vanishes from hospital

A family has issued an appeal to find a vulnerable Glaswegian who disappeared after attending hospital.

Stephen Jackson, 27, was last seen at Gartnavel Hospital in the west end on Saturday, April 30.

His family first became aware of his disappearance at around 7pm last night.
