A flight from Glasgow to London Luton was forced to divert to Manchester following a generator failure.
The easyJet U2612 flight left Glasgow Airport yesterday (Friday) evening before the emergency was declared at around 6pm.
easyJet said that the plane was inspected by engineers and confirmed to be safe before flying to its final destination at London Luton.

A spokesperson for the airline said: “easyJet can confirm that the fight EZY612 from Glasgow – London Luton on 19 May diverted to Manchester due to a technical issue with the aircraft.
"After the aircraft was declared serviceable by our engineers the flight continue onto its final destination.
"The safety of our customers and crew is easyJet's highest priority and easyJet operates its fleet of aircraft in strict compliance with all manufacturers’ guidelines.
"We would like to apologise to customers for the delay and inconvenience caused."
