A man used his mum's Instagram account to contact a woman he met at a gym in a three-year stalking campaign.
Tomasz Kmin, 34, tried to chat with the victim who he met at The Gym, in Tradeston. The construction worker initially approached her and asked her for her name.
She gave her first name before walking away. He went on to hang around the back of gym classes she attended.
Kmin messaged her a few days later on Facebook to ask how she was and why she did not reply. She went onto block him and was not contacted in person until a few months later.
She blocked Kmin and was not contacted in person until February 2019.

Glasgow Sheriff Court heard that the initial meeting took place in in November 2018 and there were multiple incidents in the years that followed, even after she reported him to police in 2019.
Prosecutor Stewart McLean said: "The victim noted that Kmin was on his bike and he got off, stood on the road then stared at her.
"By the time she drove to the gym, Kmin cycled back and stopped at the main door."
She ran by him without speaking feeling "intimidated and alarmed."
Kmin approached her from behind in April 2019 and asked to speak to her.
Mr McLean added: "She jumped forward as she was frightened and went to the other side of the room."
Due to Kmin's behaviour, she had her boyfriend drop her off and pick her up. She reported Kmin to the police in May 2019 as his behaviour made her feel "anxious and vulnerable."
An officer attended Kmin's home and warned him about his behaviour and not to approach her again. There was no contact until February 2020 when Kmin contacted her on Instagram through two different accounts.
He asked if he could speak to her before she blocked him.
Mr McLean said: "In April 2020, she received a message on Instagram from Kmin using what appeared to be his mother's account.
"It had a picture of Kmin with an older woman. The message did not make sense so she blocked that account."
She became aware in January 2022 that Kmin liked a "Merry Christmas" picture of her and colleagues on her employer's Instagram page.
The like was done from Kmin's mother's Instagram page.
Kmin went on to use his own account to like and comment on another picture on her employer's page.
The employers contacted the police as they "feared for her safety."
Kmin was arrested later that month when he told officers: "I have not been asked by (the victim) not to contact her so this is new to me."
Kmin, from the Bridgeton area, pled guilty to a single charge of stalking.
Lesley Graham, defending, told the court that the Polish national was not confident enough to engage face to face in English and resorted to messaging.
The lawyer added: "He doesn't make any excuses - he accepts that she is a victim.
"He said he did not realise the alarm he caused at the time. He has quit the gym that they were both members of - this was the right thing to do."
Sheriff Allan Mckay fined Kmin £540 and granted a one-year non-harassment order.
He said: "It does appear that you caused some concern to the woman involved."
