A Glasgow cocktail bar that was recently named one of the best in the UK has launched a 'groundbreaking' new menu.
Secret late night cocktail lounge The Absent Ear was named one of the top 50 bars in the UK and is renowned for stunning drinks, spectacular show-stopping mixology and a 'real sense of the unusual' Owners say: 'the bar serves up not only cocktails, but a real experience.'
Promising more theatre, flair and creativity than ever, the new cocktail menu has been developed with the help of the public through their unique Try and Test Tuesdays initiative, where mixologists tried out their 'wildest ideas' before selling them at a discounted price, letting drinkers vote on their favourites.
