A livid mum is calling for urgent action to be taken after she went through a pothole under the Clyde Tunnel on Tuesday, January 10.
Claire and Jon Willers wanted to treat their children - aged three and seven - to a game of bowling at Hollywood Bowl, in Springfield Quay, given primary schools were closed as teachers stood on the picket line during national strike action.
The family-of-four set off from their Bearsden home and proceeded through the tunnel around 11.10am when they heard a bang.

"We got out and were like "what’s that noise" and then saw it was our tyre, we could barely drive", she told Glasgow Live.
The family day out was paused until they got a replacement tyre for the red Ford C Max, which set them back £100.
Claire, aged 40, is calling on Glasgow City Council to take urgent action against the pothole.
She said: "It’s really dangerous and the Clyde Tunnel shouldn’t be open, someone is going to lose control.
"Some people were swerving after we hit it. Behind us there were other people pulling up, their tyres were blowing out.
"The potholes are so bad. If we hit it at a different angle or it had been a different vehicle it could’ve lost control.
"We’ve reported it to the council's emergency line but the tunnel is still open. It needs to be investigated immediately. When we called the council's emergency hotline they said road faults won’t be looked at for five working days.
"I’m concerned that the tunnel is still open. Surely there has to be a mechanism for things to be dealt with really quickly when things are this dangerous."
Glasgow City Council said repairs were completed after they were notified of the pothole in the southbound tunnel.
A spokesman said: “We were notified of a pothole in the southbound tunnel on Tuesday morning and repairs were completed just over two hours later.
“The tunnel is monitored on a 24 hour basis and remains safe to use.”
