Glasgow chef to appear on MasterChef: The Professionals this week

Glasgow BBC One Michelin Star

A Glaswegian chef is set to show off his skills on the newest series of MasterChef: The Professionals.

Gordon Craig is a 37-year-old chef from Glasgow who works at Taisteal in Edinburgh. He has previously worked as a senior sous chef in the Michelin Star restaurant Plummed Horse.

He was the Chef de Partie at three-time Michelin Star restaurant Waterside Inn, and Michelin Star establishment Peat Inn.
