A number of Glasgow roads have been shut down following a 'small explosion' within a building by Strathclyde University.
The incident happened on Cathedral Street with Police Scotland confirming they are assisting the Scottish Fire and Rescue Service with traffic management as they deal with the incident.
Police also confirmed there is "no immediate threat to the public".

The following road closures are in place at North Hanover Street to George Street, North Frederick Street to George Street, George Street to Montrose Street, and High Street to Cathedral Street.
Inspector Gary Montgomerie said: “We would ask drivers to use an alternative route, and people should avoid the area to allow emergency services access. There is no immediate threat to the public.”
The Scottish Fire and Rescue Service earlier confirmed to Glasgow Live that they were in attendance at the scene due to an ongoing incident.
A spokesperson said: "We were alerted at 3.54pm on Monday 5 June to an incident at a property on Cathedral Street, Glasgow.
"Operations mobilised eight appliances at the scene where they were met with a spillage of potentially hazardous materials.
"Crews remains in attendance and there are no reported casualties."
Public transport has been forced to divert following the incident, with a number of bus services affected.
Stagecoach apologised for any delays, tweeting: "There’s a road closure on Cathedral Street, our x19, x25,x25a will be diverted via Baird Street, we will not be able to serve Cathedral Street, we're sorry for any delays, rest assured we’re trying to get to you as quickly as we can!"
